Here it is a problem and the solution (according to personal experience):
1. Turn on the PC, if the dead:
- Check power supply, if the connector is less wrong

If still die of other motherboards also means that not wrong

2. Bios Computer not running
- Pairs of CPU internal speaker, if there is a "beep .. beep .. beep .." That means there is an interruption in

- If not no display on the monitor, check the vga and the cord ..
